Oh Hail!

We've had hail several time since I moved here, but this was the most impressive display so far. And strangely, it wasn't cold. A high of 78 degrees, cooled to about 65 degrees, and I was quite comfortable wearing flip flops and a t-shirt while watching it fall. It broke some plastic bits on the windows of the car, but other than that we came out unscathed.

 

Volleyball.

Briony and I attended the first sand volleyball game that my co-workers are playing in this summer. Go Cryptorchids!

I'm a Wyoming-ite now!

I got my drivers license last week, and this week... license plates. Aside from my Virginia Tech frame, which is looking a bit ragged now, my car is all Wyoming.

New In Theaters.

At the hairdresser today, I saw this ad for the third Before movie, and I cannot wait to see it, which could be a while since it's not in theaters in LARAMIE!

Geocaching The Summit.

Briony and I went geocaching at the Summit today. Or rather, I went geocaching, and Briony likes riding along as long as she doesn't have to get out of the car. I keep her involved, and she helps me celebrates my finds, and consoles me when I cannot find them. We had an exciting day (which I can say since we survived). I got the car stuck on a forrest road, and after my heart nearly stopped beating, I made a go of it, and we got unstuck before we had to call for help.

Cheyenne For The Day.

Briony and I went to Cheyenne today for the Black Dog Animal Rescue festival. We also got some shopping in (yay Kohls and Target!) and of course some geocaching. This took us to the Botanical Gardens, among other spots.

I came home to find Cale here, playing his guitar, and writing music to some of Briony's lyrics. What a delight to see him on an un-planned day of the week.
