Wyoming Cowboys Basketball.

I haven't been to a basketball game since we used to go to the UVA women's games when I was... young. I like that basketball moves pretty fast, and is a little easier to keep track of what's happening, as an inexperienced sports watcher. I went with my friend Mike, and he has been coming to Cowboys games, and sitting in these same seats since the arena opened in 1981. He explained everything that was happening, and it was quite a learning experience. I'm not saying I'll remember all the rules, but at least I know more than I did when I went in. And we won, which was an added bonus!

Snow. For Heather.

My sister is addicted to snow. Even if it's no where near her. These are for you, Heather.

The Snow Begins.

We could see the snow coming across from the Snowies most of the afternoon. By the time we left work, there were just a *few* flurries. By the time I got out of Walmart, my car was covered. By bedtime, it was bright as daylight outside, from the lights reflecting off of the snow. I tried to get a good photo for Heather, but this was all I could get.

Big Game Meat.

One of our clients brought in meat for the staff today. He brought so much we divided it equally amongst ourselves, and I got all this. I got elk, moose and venison. What a treat!

Halloween.

Briony dressed up as Bill S Preston Esquire from Bill and Ted today. Her friend that was suppose to be Ted backed out, but that didn't stop her.

Maria made cookies for us at work. I ate a zombie!

Snow.

It snowed overnight, and for the first time since I moved here, it was foggy. Shortly after I got to work, though, the sun came out and it was beautiful!

The Day Of The Doctor!

The Day Of The Doctor is coming. On Monday, November 25th, 2013, the BBC Special celebrating 50 years of Doctor Who is coming to 300 cinemas in the US. I was sure that the closest one would be hours away from little Laramie, Wyoming, so I did not hold my breathe as I clicked the link. Much to my surprise, the ONLY cinema in Wyoming that is playing The Day Of The Doctor is here, in Laramie! I may not have gotten to see The World's End in theatres, but I get to see this event in one, so I am very pleased.

I've got my tickets ordered!

I love free things! I especially love forgetting that I ordered a free thing and then it appears in the mail, like the nail polish I got in the mail tonight. It's so pretty!
